These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.mercatotng.com and the commercial relationship between MERCATO TNG and its customers.

1. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of home appliances offered by MERCATO TNG.

2. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.
Orders are confirmed by phone before shipping.

3. Prices

Prices shown on the website are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes.

4. Payment

Payment is made on delivery (cash on delivery), in cash when the product is received.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made throughout Morocco, usually within 2 to 7 working days depending on the city.
In the event of a delay or delivery problem, the customer will be contacted by our customer service.

6. Returns and complaints

The customer has 7 days after receipt to report any defect or non-compliant product.
Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging and unused.

7. Liability

MERCATO TNG cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the purchased product.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
